3fiftysix Performance is the concept of Olympic athlete, Chris O’Hare.
Chris represented Great Britain at the 2016 Rio Olympics and on multiple occasions at World and European Championships winning one silver and two bronze medals.
A former NCAA Champion and Record Holder, Chris was inducted into The University of Tulsa Athletic Hall of Fame in 2022.

As a sophomore at The University of Tulsa, Chris entered a mile race at The University of Arkansas with the goal of breaking the historic 'four-minute mile'.
With an undying determination, the support of his family, and team, paired with the lessons he had learned in his career to that point, he toed the start line to try and write his name into the history books.
Chris crossed the line in three minutes and fifty-six seconds.
This outstanding achievement marked a significant milestone in an ongoing journey of relentless self-improvement, driven by an unwavering commitment to attain the highest level of excellence. This pursuit of greatness was bolstered by the presence of a dedicated team in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Chris firmly believes that athlete development and success depend on sustained collaboration with a strong, committed team. A PR (or PB outwith the USA) is a snapshot in time. It’s an objective measure of performance. It’s a milestone along a journey. It should not define an athlete.

Emotional and physical well-being are central pillars of the 3fiftysix Performance philosophy.
Establishing a balance between people-orientation and results-orientation ensures optimal outcomes for each client, whether that be an individual athlete, team, coach, or any person striving for greatness in their chosen field.

Chris brings his lived experience to every level of high-performance athletics, from a 10-year-old enthusiast to an Olympian.

3fiftysix Performance is dedicated to pursuing world-class standards and an unwavering commitment to achieving excellence, all while nurturing all aspects of the athlete. Paired with his experience as a coach, husband, and parent of three children, Chris understands the importance of creating a well-rounded, multi-faceted person. Chris believes without nurturing the whole person, an athlete cannot reach the pinnacle of their ability.
Our primary objective is to offer clients innovative high-performance solutions that align seamlessly with their specific goals.
